Jessica Budge

Meet Jessica, Senior Designer at Catalyst Interiors. With a background in architectural design and a deep love for interiors, Jess brings creativity, precision, and a touch of personal flair to every project. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Art Institute of Phoenix, graduating with high honors. With over a decade of experience, her portfolio spans multifamily, retail, and fitness spaces—including a standout project, The Majestic at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Raised as an Air Force brat, she’s lived everywhere from Arizona and Massachusetts to England and Spain—experiences that broadened her perspective and continue to inform her thoughtful, expressive approach to design. Jess is fluent in Castilian Spanish, holds dual U.S.-Spanish citizenship, and gravitates toward the timeless glamor of Art Deco.

Outside of work, she’s a proud Libra, music lover, devoted mom, and traveler at heart. You’ll often find her planning her next getaway, sipping Sangria, writing, or singing along to something loud and unapologetic in her car. For Jess, good design lingers—it speaks in textures, light, and the feeling it leaves behind.

Brooke Scott

Brooke was born and raised in Arizona, where her passion for interior design first took root. She began her career in residential design but has recently expanded her focus to multifamily and commercial spaces, which she has quickly grown to love. Brooke graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University in May 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, further fueling her passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. One of her favorite aspects of design is watching a vision come to life—the satisfaction of seeing all the hard work culminate in a finished space is truly rewarding. At Catalyst, no two days are the same, making each day a new adventure. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, or soaking up the sun at the beach. If she’s not out exploring, you can find her indulging in a cozy movie night, complete with plenty of candy and popcorn. Excited to continue growing in the industry, Brooke believes there’s always something new to learn in design.
